"Most valuable and unique asset of organization"

"Ensure that at all times the business is correctly staffed by the right number of people with the skills relevant to the business needs"."The people that staff and operate an organization" as contrasted with the financial and material resources of an organization. Human Resources is also the organizational function that deals with the people and issues related to people such as compensation, hiring, performance management, and training. A Human Resource is a single person or employee within your organization. The successful management of an organization's human resources is an exciting, dynamic and challenging task, especially at a time when the world has become a global village and economies are in a state of flux. The scarcity of talented resources and the growing expectations of the modern day worker have further increased the complexity of the human resource function. Even though specific human resource functions/activities are the responsibility of the human resource department, the actual management of human resources is the responsibility of all the managers in an organization. Humans are an organization’s greatest assets without them, everyday business functions such as managing cash flow, making business transactions, communicating through all forms of media, and dealing with customers could not be completed. Humans and their potential they possess drive an organization. Today’s organization are continuously changing. Organizational change impacts not only the business but also its employees. In order to maximize organizational effectiveness, human potential- individual’s capabilities, time and talents must be managed.
